Good to know

You provide and hire the venue. The 2+ hour hire time includes play and any refreshments you wish to provide. Set-up and pack-down time is additional — we'll confirm the total time needed at booking.

Toddler Town party hire FAQs

How much space do you need for the setup?
The venue needs to be a minimum of 12m × 8m of clear open space (no pillars or obstructions) to set up all 8 role play rooms comfortably. We'll discuss your specific venue with you at booking.
How many children can attend a party?
We recommend up to 25 children per party, but please let us know if you'd like to host a party for more than this. The exact number is agreed at booking and depends on your venue size — get in touch and we'll help you work out the best setup for your space.
Do I need to hire the venue myself?
Yes, you arrange and hire the venue. We travel to you with all the equipment, set everything up, and pack it all away afterwards. You just need to provide the space.
What areas do you cover for party hire?
We cover a roughly 30-mile radius from our base in Tiverton, Devon. This includes Exeter, Taunton, Barnstaple, Bridgwater, Wellington, Minehead, Crediton, Cullompton, Honiton and many more towns and villages. See our locations page for full details.
How do I pay?
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the party. See our terms & conditions for full details.
What age is Toddler Town suitable for?
Toddler Town is suitable for children aged 0–5 years. The role play rooms are designed for little ones who love imaginative play — perfect for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th birthday parties. Let us know if you want to host a party for children aged 5+.
